This has in the past included projects involving developing and life cycle testing torque tools for subsea operations. VASI has developed programs for bolt tension monitoring systems for assembly and qualification.
VASI personnel has assisted various international clients in projects including on-site ultrasonic bolt load and elongation inspections as well as qualification testing for offshore and subsea torque applications.
The VASI ability to test and evaluate Instrument & tool performance through laboratory services using mechanical, electronic and ultrasonic techniques, has also provided customers and clients with insights and answers to root-cause analysis. VASI has assisted several international companies and regulatory organisations with test and analysis.
